cATALYST SUPPORTER BOX

Catalyst Foundation is a non-profit organization focusing on improving literacy and education amongst young women in Vietnam.

Every year, Catalyst hosts a fundraiser selling a Vietnamese coffee kit to raise money for their work building schools. My concept is a play on this existing fundraiser and is a limited edition “Supporter Box” that individuals will receive for donating $250 to Catalyst Foundation.

The illustration is inspired by one of four of Vietnam’s legendary animals, the phoenix. It symbolizes rebirth, regeneration, and new life which is similar to what education may provide to young women in Vietnam. Inside the box, supporters will receive a custom Catalyst tumbler, and a coffee kit comprised of a tube of locally ground coffee, a can of condensed milk, and a Vietnamese coffee filter.
